Laurie Siegel

Laurie Siegel, President of LAS Advisory Services, works with CEOs of companies to develop and execute high performance organizational structures, teams and reward systems. She currently serves as special advisor to the CEO of a public company, has provided advisory services to numerous public and private equity portfolio companies, and is an advisor to the G100 companies.
Laurie serves on the Boards of CenturyLink, Factset and Volt Information Sciences, and chairs the compensation committees of all three companies.
As the former Chief Human Resource Officer at Tyco International, from 2003-2012, Laurie is committed to advancing the practice of human capital management. She is a lead organizer of the Talent Consortium, serves on “The Future of HR” task force and coaches several talented, newly appointed CHROs. Her role at Tyco involved the rebuilding of the board and leadership team following the crisis created under the previous leadership team. She previously served in multiple HR leadership roles at Honeywell International, and was a management consultant focused on measuring and rewarding executive performance.
Laurie is Vice Chair of the Morristown Festival of Books, a premier event in the Northeast connecting world class authors with passionate readers. She also serves on the Board of Junior Achievement of NJ.
Laurie is a graduate of the University of Michigan, the Harvard Business School and the Harvard School of Design.
