Scott is the former CEO of both Hyatt Hotels Corporation and United Infrastructure Company. Scott currently sits on the Board of Directors of Snap Inc. and served on the boards of publicly traded AXA Financial, Inc. as well as several private companies, and serves as a special advisor to General Atlantic Partners. Scott is also a member of the boards of the Aspen Community Foundation and The Kravis Leadership Institute.

Previously, David was a partner at Castling Group and manager of GESD/Castling Investors, a $30 million venture fund, a management consultant with Booz, Allen & Hamilton, and Head of Business Development for BMG Direct Marketing, a $1 billion division of Bertelsmann AG. Ellen joined G100 Network to spearhead the launch of G100 Women’s Leadership Acceleration. Previously, Ellen was Global Director of Event Programming at the Milken Institute, and prior to that, served as Executive Producer of the Forbes Women’s Summit and Vice President of ForbesWoman, an online platform dedicated to the advancement of women in business and leadership. Ellen holds both a BA and MA from the City University of New York.

Matt co-leads the G100 BoardExcellence program. Prior to joining G100 Network, Matt led the global education services investment banking practice at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and founded an independent advisory firm. Matt is a Board Director for Achievement First Brooklyn, a Charter Management Organization overseeing twenty high performing charter schools in Brooklyn, NY.
Mary Thompson, Managing Director, G100 BoardExcellence
Mary co-leads the G100 BoardExcellence program and works on program development for G100. She is a former journalist and spent 16 years as a reporter for CNBC, where she reported extensively on the banking and insurance industries as well as executive compensation. She created, reported, and wrote the ongoing CNBC series, “Where the Jobs Are” and CNBC’s digi-documentary “The Bitcoin Uprising.” Her work appeared on other NBC properties, including NBC Nightly News, The Today Show and, MSNBC. Prior, she worked for Bloomberg Radio and Television, covering the stock market and hosting special coverage of Federal Reserve meetings for Bloomberg TV.

Les is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sarr Group. Previously, he was a Managing Director and Head of Investor Relations of CCMP Capital Advisors. Les also founded Hamilton Lane, the world’s leading Private Equity advisory and management firm. He is currently Chairman of Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. and CDK Global, Inc., Lead Director of Merck & Co., Inc., as well as Chair of the Compensation Committee of Hewlett Packard Enterprise. David Fuente is the former chairman and CEO of Office Depot and former president of Sherwin-Williams Paint Stores.
