G100
The program of, by, and for CEOs
For more than 15 years, G100 has been bringing together CEOs twice a year for private and thought-provoking discussions about how to lead a company. The group is invitation-only and convenes over 100 chief executives who exchange ideas about the enduring issues every company faces: strategy, operations, talent, and the forces changing business.
G100 has quietly established a reputation as the best program for CEOs who want to learn from one another and engage with a peerless set of discussion leaders who offer exposure to cutting edge ideas on management and leadership. After each meeting, members leave armed with actionable ideas for their senior leadership, boards of directors, and employees that they can start implementing the next day.
Select Members
G100 is a member-driven program that hosts two meetings a year in New York and an occasional session in Silicon Valley. Members often suggest or lead discussions. Each member is permitted to invite a fellow CEO as a guest to a meeting. Meetings are strictly confidential and closed to the press and public, allowing for an atmosphere of frank, spirited, and informed discussion.
Discussion Leaders
Agenda topics are frequently suggested by members and deal with every aspect of strategy, growth, people, and the shifting business environment. We choose topics carefully, identifying immediately relevant issues or emerging challenges.
Session chairs have included:
Mary Barra
Chairman & CEO, General Motors
Tim Cook
Chief Executive Officer, Apple
Ray Dalio
Founder, Bridgewater Associates
Lee Hsien Loong
Prime Minister, Singapore
John Mackey
Chief Executive Officer, Whole Foods
Brian Moynihan
Chairman & CEO, Bank of America
G100 is unlike any other CEO experience I am aware of. CEOs coming to grips with real issues–in real time, in a real-world, give-and-take setting, with CEO-to-CEO dialogue, no holds barred. Where else could you learn so much that is so actionable?
G100 is a terrific opportunity to connect with first-rate individuals, gather new ideas, and trigger some powerful lateral thinking. Time well spent!
I always leave G100 meetings with a new or different perspective on some current issue as well as one or two new ideas relevant to the challenges facing my company.
Bring the outside in
Tap diverse perspectives

Reveal practical wisdom
G100 does not promote the services of any company or firm nor does the group seek consensus. We stimulate debate and let CEOs hear from one another on the most pressing issues that face every company, board, and senior management team.
