Hubert Joly
Former Chairman and CEO, Best Buy
Hubert Joly is currently a senior lecturer at the Harvard Business School. He was formerly chairman and CEO of Best Buy, where he led the company’s turnaround and transformed it into an industry leader.
Prior to joining Best Buy, Hubert was CEO of Carlson, a global hospitality and travel company. Before that, he led Carlson Wagonlit Travel, Vivendi Universal Games and Electronic Data Systems’ business in France.
Hubert is a member of the boards of directors of Johnson & Johnson and Ralph Lauren. He also serves on the International Advisory Board of HEC Paris, his alma mater, and he is a trustee of the Minneapolis Institute of Art.
