Deb is a Partner at G100 Companies and spearheads SSA & Company's digital transformation practice. Prior to this role, Deb spent 30 years at Procter & Gamble (P&G) as a C-suite executive, successfully growing multi-billion dollar businesses. She served as Group President of P&G’s e-business, which touched nearly half of P&G’s $86 billion dollar portfolio. She also served as President of the $20 billion Global Beauty Sector, as Group President of P&G’s $10 billion Baby Care business, and as acting CEO of P&G’s $15 billion Asia business.
Deb spent seven consecutive years on Fortune’s US and international rankings of the 50 Most Powerful Women in Business. Deb serves on the Board of Directors at Corning Inc., Meritage Homes Corporation, and privately held Godiva. Deb previously served on the board of directors at the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB), Sprint, and Staples. Deb had a USA State Department Appointment to the Business Council of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) where she served as Chair of the Business Council.
