Deb is a Partner at G100 Companies and spearheads SSA & Company's digital transformation practice. Prior to these roles, Deb spent 30 years at Procter & Gamble (P&G) as a C-suite executive, successfully growing multi-billion dollar businesses. She served as Group President and Senior Executive Officer of P&G’s e-business, which touched nearly half of P&G’s $86 billion business. She also served as President and Senior Executive Officer of P&G’s $20 billion Global Beauty Sector, as Group President and Senior Executive Officer of P&G’s $10 billion Baby Care business, and President, actung as CEO of P&G’s $15 billion Asia business.
Deb spent seven consecutive years on Fortune’s US and international rankings of the 50 Most Powerful Women in Business. She currently serves on the board of directors at American Eagle Outfitters, Corning Inc., and Meritage Homes Corporation. Deb previously served on the board of directors at the Sprint, Staples, and the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB).
Deb had a USA State Department Appointment to the Business Council of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) where she served as Chair of the APEC Business Council.
