G100 Women's Network 

Accelerating Learning and Connections for Women to Succeed in the C-suite

As companies continue to make diversity and inclusion a priority, successful companies recognize that investing in, and developing, a pipeline of women leaders with the skills and network to succeed is vital to long-term success. G100 Women’s Network enriches participants’ skills, competences, and networks as they aspire to and thrive in the C-suite.

G100 Women’s Network is an exclusive membership group for high-performing female executives. During the first year of membership, participants engage in a rigorous and immersive six-month leadership accelerator program, where they gain knowledge-based skills from current and former CEOs, board directors, and C-suite executives. Members emerge from the program with increased leadership competency and confidence through topics tailored to professional growth, including big-picture thinking, people management, and strategic agility for cross-team collaboration.

Leading up to and following the accelerator, members engage in ongoing monthly digital meetingsas well as have access to small roundtable member discussions, 1:1 mentorship opportunities, and weekly All-Network callsto connect with thought leaders, build peer relationships, and continue to hone the skills needed to succeed in the C-suite.

The Accelerator

Within their first year, members join a cross-functional and cross-industry class of no more than 50 participants for a three-day, skills-enhancing curriculum meeting. Chaired by a former Fortune 500 CEO, the program combines plenary sessions and small-group workshops led by experienced c-suite executives and thought leaders. Following the meeting, members engage in four months of small-group calls to integrate accelerator learnings and deepen peer relationships.
